Ingredients:

25 ml Muyu Jasmine Verte
25 ml Dekuyper Sour Rhubarb
10 ml Supasawa
2 Dashes Juniper Bitters
Soda

For Garnish:

Grapefruit Wheel

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except soda in shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain the cocktail in a highball glass.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
