Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Muyu Jasmine Verte
  • 25 ml Dekuyper Sour Rhubarb
  • 10 ml Supasawa
  • 2 Dashes Juniper Bitters
  • Soda

For Garnish:

  • Grapefruit Wheel

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients except soda in shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and strain the cocktail in a highball glass.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
