Ingredients:

30 ml Gin
30 ml Grapefruit Aperitif
30 ml Ruby Red grapefruit and Ginger Syrup

For Garnish:

Grapefruit Peel

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently and strain the cocktail in an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with grapefruit peel.
