Ingredients:
- 50 ml Cognac
- 7.5 ml Sugar Syrup
- 6 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Absinthe Rinse
For Garnish:
- Lemon Peel
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients except the absinthe in a mixing
glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Rinse an old fashioned glass with
absinthe, than strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with Lemon Peel
