Gin Fizz

Gin Fizz Cocktail | https://www.liquor.com/
Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz  Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Club Soda
For Garnish:
  • No garnish
Preparation:
  • Pour all ingredients except the club soda in a shaker and shake, then add ice and shake again. Double strain the cocktail in a chilled fizz glass.
  • Top up with club soda.
