Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 0.75 oz Amaro Averna
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 3 Dashes of Laphroaig Scotch
For Garnish:
  • Mint Sprig
Preparation:
  • Pour all ingredients except the scotch in a shaker filled will ice. Shake well and double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice and 3 dashes of scotch.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.
