Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Rum
- 0.75 oz Amaro
Averna
- 0.75 oz Lime
Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple
Syrup
- 5 Mint Leaves
- 3 Dashes
of Laphroaig Scotch
For Garnish:
- Mint Sprig
Preparation:
- Pour all
ingredients except the scotch in a shaker filled will ice. Shake well and double
strain the cocktail into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice and 3 dashes of
scotch.
- Garnish with mint
sprig.
