Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dark Rum
- 0.75 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz 1/1 Demerara Syrup
- 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz fresh Lime Juice
For Garnish:
- Pineapple Wedge
Preparation:
- Fill a mixing glass three-quarter with ice cube, and
add all of the ingredients.
- Stir well until chilled (30 seconds) and strain into a
rocks glass over ice (cubes or large piece).
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
