Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz 1/1 Demerara Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh Lime Juice
For Garnish:
  • Pineapple Wedge
Preparation:
  • Fill a mixing glass three-quarter with ice cube, and add all of the ingredients.
  • Stir well until chilled (30 seconds) and strain into a rocks glass over ice (cubes or large piece).
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge.
