Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz fresh Blood Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
• 0.5 oz Egg White
• 3 Dashes Bitters

For Garnish:

• Blood Orange Wheel

Preparation:

• Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well, than add ice cubes and shake again. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with Blood Orange wheel.
