Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Egg White, beaten

For Garnish:

• Lemon Twist
• Brandied Cherries

Preparation:

• Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake then add ice cubes and shake again.
• Strain the cocktail in a rocks glass over ice.
• Garnish with lemon twist and brandied cherries.
