Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz freash Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
• 1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters

For Garnish:

• Grapefruit Peel

Preparation:

• Rim a coupe glass with lemon and demerara sugar. Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain the cocktail into a the prepared glass.
• Garnish with grapefruit peel.
