Ingredients:
- 180 ml Pineapple Juice
- 60 ml Vodka
- 7 ml Blue Curacao
- 30 ml Water
- 15 ml Grenadine
For Garnish:
- Lime Wedges
- Maraschino
Cherry
Preparation:
- In a Collins glass
add grenadine, than add crushed ice slowly. In a missing glass filled with
ice add pineapple juice and vodka, stir well. In a separate mixing glass
add blue curacao and water, stir well.
- Strain the
yellow mix in the Collins glass than add the blue mix slowly.
- Garnish with lime
wedges and maraschino cherry.
