Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 1 Barspoon Chianti Red Wine

For Garnish:

• Maraschino Cherry
• Orange Wheel

Preparation:

• Add all ingredients except the wine into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well and double strain in a chilled rocks glass.
• Gently drizzle the wine over the top.
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange wheel.
