Caipiroska Cocktail | https://www.liquor.com



Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup or 1 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1 Lime cut in quarters

For Garnish:

  • 4 Lime Quarters

Preparation:

  • Fill an Old Fashioned glass with cracked ice to chill.
  • In a mixing glass, add the simple syrup (or sugar) and lime quarters.
  • Muddle to extract the juice without forcing the rind from the lime.
  • Dump the ice from the glass into the mixing glass, add the vodka, and shake.
  • Pour the entire drink with the ice into the chilled glass, and garnish with 4 lime quarters.
