Ingredients:
  • 45 ml Light Rum
  • 15 ml Dry Gin
  • 12.5 ml Cognac VSOP
  • 10 ml Pisco
  • 45 ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 15 ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Sherry
For Garnish:
  • Mint Sprig
Preparation:
  • Add all ingredients except Sherry in a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Float sherry on top.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.
