Ingredients:
- 45 ml Light Rum
- 15 ml Dry Gin
- 12.5 ml Cognac VSOP
- 10 ml Pisco
- 45 ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 15 ml Orgeat Syrup
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Sherry
For Garnish:
- Mint Sprig
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients except Sherry in a collins glass
filled with crushed ice.
- Float sherry on top.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
