Ingredients:

40 ml Rooster Rojo Reposado
15 ml Chambord
15 ml raspberry puree
10 ml double cream
5 ml lime cordial

For Garnish:

Nutmeg or Raspberry Dust

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and double strain the cocktail in a coupe glass.
Garnish with nutmeg or raspberry dust.
