Ingredients:

1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
0.5 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
2 oz Passion Fruit Puree
2 barspoons Vanilla Sugar*
2 oz Chilled Champagne

For Garnish:

Half Fresh Passion Fruit

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except champagne in a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Strain the cocktail in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with half fresh passion fruit.
Serve with shot of chilled champagne on the side.

*Vanilla Sugar:

Combine 5 cups granulated sugar and 2 vanilla pods in a food processor and blitz until integrated.
Shift through a sieve before using or storing.
