Mint Julep

Mint Julep Cocktail | https://austin.eater.com/


Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
For Garnish:
  • Bitters
  • Mint Sprig
Preparation:
  • In a julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle mint and syrup.
  • Add bourbon and pack tightly with crushed ice.
  • Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
  • Top up with more crushed ice to form an ice dome.
  • Garnish with mint sprig and few optional drops of bitters.
