Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rye
- 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 6 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
For Garnish:
- Pineapple Leaf
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well and strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with pineapple leaf.
