Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Scotch
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Absinthe
For Garnish:
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes
Preparation:

  • Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe.
  • Add the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Stir well and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Express a grapefruit peel over the drink.
