Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 0.25 oz Absinthe
For Garnish:
- Toasted Coconut Flakes
Preparation:
- Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe.
- Add the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice
cubes.
- Stir well and strain the cocktail into the prepared
glass.
- Express a grapefruit peel over the drink.
