Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Cognac
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Amaro Averna
• 0.33 oz Orange Marmelade

For Garnish:

• Rosemary Sprig

Preparation:

• Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
• Shake vigorously and strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
